Your Opportunity

The Alabama Talent Triad (ATT) is an EBSCOed SaaS solution that provides integrated digital experiences tailored to students & jobseekers (learners & earners), education & training providers, and employers, providing the nation’s first full-scale talent marketplace.   

This is a remote position that is U.S based only (excluding U.S territories). 

 

What You'll Do

  • Advancing the adoption and utilization of the ATT by presenting and communicating the benefits of the ATT to students & jobseekers, education & training providers, and employers to action. 
  • Effectively communicate the value of the ATT by being able to relate to each persona through his or her own story and/or through the story of others who understand there are many pathways to achieving the skills, credentials, and experiences required to earning valuable job opportunities and career pathways. 
  • Be motivated to utilize the ATT to increase the state’s labor force participation rate and supporting economic prosperity for all Alabamians

Engagement meetings & training on benefits may include but aren’t limited to these participants:

  • Career coaches, counselors, and case managers supporting students and jobseekers ranging from middle school to retirement
  • Education and training coordinators responsible for supporting both degree and non-degree programs
  • Transitioning military member program coordinators
  • Local education and workforce development non-profit organizations
  • Attending and presenting at education and workforce conferences, meetings, and job fairs

Your Team  

As a member of the EBSCOed Team, you will support key business initiatives including the launch of the new Correctional Ed platform. You will partner with the team to amplify the voice of the customer and product strategy to development teams. 

About You

  • 2+ years' experience working with employers/hiring managers, education/training providers who are in a leadership or support role, and/or directly with students/jobseekers 
  • Must be able to travel by car 50% of the time within Alabama 
  • Must be comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, including onboarding, training, and supporting users

  • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Skilled in drafting and editing professional documents, reports, and emails with attention to detail and consistency. 

Pay Range

USD $52,995.00 - USD $75,710.00 /Yr.
