Your Opportunity

EBSCOlearning provides best-in-class training focused on academic skill building, test preparation and career development. The mission of the Editorial Intern is to provide editorial, product, and administrative support at all stages of the editorial development process on behalf of the Product and Content team at EBSCOlearning. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

What You'll Do

  • Assist with editorial tasks and content workflow, including research, planning, copyediting, proofing, revising, quality assurance checking, and developing and maintaining content in our content management system.
  • Provide product-related assistance, including research, product analysis, project support, and more.
  • Use Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, various AI tools, and other intranet applications as needed.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant course of study (i.e., English, communications, writing, linguistics, education, or business). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent English language skills and an eye for detail.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Ideally, candidates should have completed at least two years of their undergraduate studies.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
