Your Opportunity

The Customer Success Salesforce Administrator will drive the efficiency and scalability of commercial processes to enable sales and customer success teams to achieve their goals. This role focuses on operational excellence, process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with an emphasis on managing and optimizing Salesforce and other commercial tools to enhance team performance and customer outcomes.      

What You'll Do

-Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platform to support sales and customer success processes

-Leverage Salesforce capabilities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual input, and enhance team productivity.  

-Support sales and customer success teams with tailored solutions to address operational challenges and improve performance.  

-Build and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.   

-Act as a key liaison between sales, customer success, marketing, and IT teams to align Salesforce functionality with business needs.   

About You

 

Proven experience in Salesforce administration and commercial operations roles.   

Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications preferred.   

Expertise in configuring Salesforce features, workflows, automation, and data integrations.   

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.   

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.   

 

What Set you apart;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 

Knowledge release management processes for Salesforce.   

Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimization

Pay Range

USD $83,565.00 - USD $119,380.00 /Yr.
