The Stacks Sales Specialist is responsible for being the SaaS Sales Team expert in support of driving new revenue of Stacks for Libraries. This includes working the full sales cycle from prospecting and demo to closing of the sale in collaboration with the local Sales team. The Stacks Sales Specialist will report directly to the Stacks Sales Manager.

 

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

What You'll Do

  • Overall solution sales of Stacks for Libraries to help drive active Stacks opportunities through the sales process to closing  
  • Meet weekly metrics for Stacks outbound prospecting calls, emails, and demos
  • Deliver customized demos, catered to customer pain points and positioning of Stacks for Libraries as the ideal CMS experience
  • Provide technical Q&A sessions with qualified prospects
  • Facilitate trial creation, customization, and delivery to qualified prospects
  • Assist Sales teams with questions regarding Stacks for Libraries
  • Collaborate with our Stacks Sales Manager, coordinator and Stacks PM to deliver pricing and proposals for Stacks for Libraries
  • Provide customer feedback from Sales, prospects, and customers to Stacks PM to help drive roadmap
  • Collaborate with Marketing on regional and worldwide Stacks marketing campaigns, and with SaaS Sales Training to develop courses that meet evolving customer needs
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure demo follow-up is completed in an organized and timely manner (i.e. outstanding questions answered, pricing delivered, trial requested submitted, documented in CRM)

You will be welcomed as a member of the SaaS Sales Team (a team of about 14 people that supports all sales efforts of our SaaS solution offerings) as well as the larger Sales and Marketing organization. About You

  • 7+ years of SaaS solution sales experience including track record of achieving sales milestones and target goals
  • 3+ years experience in the library and/or research marketplace as it relates to technology, content and workflows
  • General knowledge and understanding of content managements systems and how they improve user experience

Physical Requirements

  • Periodic travel to trade shows / industry events in support of sales teams’ efforts
  • Potential of lifting boxes/event materials (that weigh up to 50 pounds) in support of sales/marketing events

Pay Range

USD $85,655.00 - USD $122,365.00 /Yr.
