As an E-Content Specialist, your primary responsibility is to contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive, high-quality Global Knowledge Base (GKB) focused on customer needs. You will accomplish this by establishing quality data feeds with external data partners, analyzing and manipulating metadata for inclusion in the GKB, and ensuring all necessary collections are represented and maintained accurately. You will also resolve internal & external reported issues promptly using research and critical thinking skills, while conducting root cause analysis to identify trends and take proactive action to minimize reoccurring issues.

This is a part-time contract position. Editorial work can be performed remotely and requires less than a10% time commitment, with flexibility to allow for competing priorities.
