The FOLIO Customer Account Specialist (CAS) will manage a specific group of customers and act as the primary customer support, success, and relationship manager for FOLIO customers.  This position will handle all EBSCO related business with specific focus on FOLIO. The FOLIO CAS will work internally with the FOLIO PM, Development, Hosting, and Implementation teams to understand customer needs, gain technical insight in order to provide support, and better understand FOLIO solutions.  

As an E-Content Specialist your primary responsibility is to contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive, high quality Global Knowledge Base (GKB) focused on customer needs.  You will accomplish this by establishing quality data feeds with external data partners, analyzing and manipulating metadata for inclusion in the GKB, and ensuring all necessary collections are represented and maintained accurately.  You will also resolve internal & external reported issues in a timely manner using research and critical thinking skills, while conducting root cause analysis to identify trends and take proactive action to minimize reoccurring issues.

In this role, you will manage the electronic delivery of subscription orders and work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement, maintain, and optimize automated order workflows.
